What Reposter collects

Reposter collects the following information when you create an account:

This information is stored securely using Supabase and is never sold or shared with third parties.

What Reposter stores locally

Reposter stores the following data in your browser's local Chrome storage:

This data never leaves your browser except as described in this policy.

Facebook interaction

Reposter opens Facebook group pages and pre-fills the post composer on your behalf using browser automation. Reposter does not read, collect, or transmit any content from Facebook pages you visit. It does not store or have access to your Facebook credentials.

The debugger permission

Reposter uses Chrome's debugger API solely to simulate keyboard input into Facebook's post composer. This is required because Facebook's editor (built on Lexical) does not respond to standard DOM text insertion methods. The debugger is attached only at the moment of typing and detached immediately after. No browsing data is accessed or recorded through this permission.

Third-party services

Reposter uses Supabase for account authentication and profile storage. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email reposterfaq@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account." Your data will be removed within 7 days.
